I am Malaysian ... first, last and every bits in between
Dear God ... please bring back the good 'ol days of Malaysia we all once used to know and lived.
In the midst of all the 'craziness' and absurdity of our leaders in the political scene and government's new ruling of absurdities ... continue to watch over us.
Grant us grace and wisdom to continue living a positive, fruitful, courageous life.
Let us continue to solider on ... in our daily encounters, words, deeds and gestures.
Showing respect, kindness, grace, love, compassion, courage, hope and unity.
You can take a Malaysian our of the country but you cannot take the Malaysian-ness our of us.
Once a Malaysian, Always a Malaysian.
Saya anak Malaysia.
Dahulu.
Sekarang.
Selalu.
Allah... bless us all fellow Malaysians.

Malaysia my Homeland
After being away from Malaysia for 10 years, I am home again!
So far.. it's been great.... I'm still on holiday and am learning to continue to enjoy every moment I have with Mi, Pa, siblings, nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
Being more mindful and aware of every moments, taking my time and just being.
Having loads of conversation with my Lil'Sistah and her better half, with Mi, Pa, brother, little and growing ones :)
I have also had the privilege to paint and draw with my Lil'Sistah at the gallery she goes to.
That was certainly definately one of my highlights being in the capital city with her (last week), visiting art galleries, shops, cultural and art places (earlier last month).
How time has flown by!
I left England with my Sweetheart on April Fool's Day and soon it'll be two months since I've been home (my kampong).
Almost one month since my Sweetheart went back and I miss him 346!
So much has happened since I've been away
- massive development in architecture, infrastructure, economy, arts, culture, tradition, people, way of living, spending, owning ... and on and on... I can go on...
I see development and destruction, growth and stunt, forwardness and backwardness ...
But most of all... with development of buildings, more and more trees are being chopped down to make way for them and that's what saddens me greatly.
No wonder it's so bloody hot and humid... I'm melting! in the heat.
